Welcome to my website! My name is Lancey Leon. I'm an art and architecture enthusiast and this is my small business! Here I sell and offer pre-drawn residential floor plans designed and drafted myself, art I love to create and share, and drafting & renderings services if you have a custom project in mind.

A little about me: I've had a passion for art and architecture for as long as I can remember, starting with a love of painting and stealing my dad's tools to create some sort of structure I'd imagined up in the back yard. My high school years revolved around art classes, art contests, and even acceptance into an art show while my passion for design and construction continued to be fulfilled through playing Minecraft with my brothers and friends. I started college majoring in fine art but after living and serving a mission in New York City for 18months (hence my logo), I was drawn to switch my major to Virtual Design and Construction, and I have never regretted it since.

After graduating with my bachelor's degree in VDC, still pursuing art and painting on the side mostly as a hobby, I've spent the last 5+ years in the construction industry drafting and rendering for a custom home builder. I'm excited to now branch out a little on my own, operating as L's Drafting & Designs on the side.
